"Positive consultation, not rushed, clear explanations given"

About: Bridgnorth Hospital

(as the patient),

Clean and welcoming hospital facilities.

Approachable staff.

Met Dr Summers, positive consultation, not rushed, clear explanations, confident manner. Then had x-rays and then saw Dr Summers again all in the same morning. Feel this very lean approach means that there is not time wasted between appointments and I have a clear understanding of what is next.

It is heartening to know that you were pleased with the facilities, approachable staff and the consultation. Thank you for your kind words which I will share with the Hospital Manager as staff work very hard to provide the best possible care to all patients. Your feedback is very important as it not only helps us to continue remain motivated but also guides us to make improvements in future.
