I have had no problem at all with the service I have received. In fact quite the opposite.
When I have an appointment I get a lovely reminder by text and if I can’t make an appointment the team are very understanding + patient when making a different date + time around my busy hospital life. I would like to thank you all for making me feel important (even though I’m not) and not being a pain which I feel I am sometimes.
