What I liked
I was treated in the PM Eye Clinic by the consultant who impressed me exceedingly with his charming manner, great thoroughness and clarity of explanation and reassurance. This is a man who is worth waiting a long time to see. I was also helped by a nurse in the Clinic. She was also thorough and communicated excellently with the the doctor and had a very nice manner. I thingk I was a fortunate man to get such pleasant and professional care today and I do hope the two people concerned will get this feedback. It's people like this that make you realise what a blessing the Health Service is.
