What I liked I was treated yesterday (17/8) after splitting my thumb whilst playing cricket at Ashburton.I attended the hospital fearing a long journey and wait at the R,D & E. However I was treated extremely efficiently and quickly by a very kind lady. I am sorry I did not ask her name but she is an absolute credit to your hospital. Cheerful and humorous too. What could be improved? Don`t let this lady ever retire! She should be used to train new recruits in how to comunicate and deal with people.
