a family member of mine is being treated by whx, and I witnessed fundamental inaccuracies missed opportunities to diagnose by the Dr's running this trust. Their expertise in their own fields are useless. and all they do is just pass on the information to other hospitals and no one seems to follow the previous hospitals line of enquiry, so you are left with explaining again and again, when this information is on their computer screens being shared by the trusts in the merger. when pills are just left on the bedside cabinet for the poor patient to not see, then the nurses say the patient isn't taking their medication. I have witnessed countless times where in a cancer ward the nurses are shouting and laughing about their days while people are suffering in the wards, some people cant even get out of bed, so the last thing they need is to hear joyful shouting in the corridors at their time of pain or recovery.
