"Hospital Feedback"

I attended the A & E department in considerable pain on Sunday afternoon 5th April I cannot praise the staff that attended to me, highly enough. I was seen to within 20 minutes, then sent for x rays, then given the results within another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I had fractured my elbow. The staff explained the xrays in detail and my arm was put in a sling and i was given strong painkillers. I was advised that my xrays would be emailed to my local hospital in Sutton Coldfield. Every member of staff I saw was kind, considerate, informative and efficient. I am most grateful for the fantastic treatment that I received. Thank you.
