"They all impressed me with their professionalism"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Medicine (wards 8, 10, 11, 14, 18 & 27)

(as the patient),

I attended today for a Gastroscopy at the Endoscopy Day Unit and I'd like to say a big 'thank you' to the staff working there. They all impressed me with their professionalism and competence, but just as important was their re assurance and kindliness during the procedure.

Well done the RAH and our great NHS!

I work in a small team in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde which seeks to involve patients and carers in the work of the NHS. The biggest part of my role is in managing feedback projects across the Board area, one of which is Patient Opinion. It is my job to give our patients and carers the opportunity to give us feedback, and to make sure that this is passed to the right people to help us improve the services we provide.
