If you call being wheeled past Costa in full view of everyone eating muffins & sipping espressos after your operation being treated 'with dignity & respect' then fine: if not, steer clear! A planning disaster.

I am very sorry you had such a poor experience at the Cumberland Infirmary and I do appreciate this is not an ideal situation. I will pass your comments onto the estates and facilities manager so she is aware.
