"Speech therapy from Stapleford care centre team"

I feel sad that I am having to write this story. My son has global development delay and is under various health teams.

I feel my son is having a disservice from the speech therapy team. It is hit a miss when they see him. I have constantly told my speech therapist that my son is in need of more intensive support, he needs to been seen regularly.

I have adivsed that they should be supporting him in the nursery setting and helping him with speech and communication and getting ready for fulltime school.

I feel that his speech therapist is not listening and blames lack of support on staffing levels. Whilst I understand that speech therapy services maybe stretched, my son is not getting the support he needs.

I feel very fustrated with the speech therapy department.
