"Wonderful care at a very difficult time"

Dear Sir / Madam, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mum. Please accept our sincere condolences at this very sad time. It is extremely thoughtful of you to give us any feedback at all, given all you must be going through. Your note and the care you describe reminds me why it is so important to pay attention to patient experience - sometimes the outcome is nothing liked we hoped for and yet the care is everything we needed ? I am so glad that we looked after all your needs well as a family. I am also pleased that you felt confident that your Mum ended her life as she deserved to, with dignity and respect. The team on ward 3 will remember you and they will find a great deal of comfort in your kind words.
