"A Splendid Service ."

I have been attending the Hospital regularly for blood tests. The staff are wonderful and show care and consideration as well as being both skillful and quick. Sometimes there are many more patients than one would anticipate, but I have never felt that I was just an item on a conveyor belt. I have always been put at my ease and treated sympathetically. One couldn't ask for a better serevice. Under which department does it come? It doesn't appear in the list of departments and so I have chosen Vascular Surgery in order to complete the survey! Perhaps you could re-adjust your questionnaire.
