"2nd visit with son in 4 weeks"

About: King's Mill Hospital

Second visit with my accident prone son in 4 weeks. Reception very frosty, staff uncaring... You get the opinion that these people don't want to either work on be there.. I was aways told by my mother who was a nurse that hospital staff are caring people.. But not at Kings mill A&E It's a great pity that the staff can spoil such a lovely new hospital...
