"Amazing care and attention to detail."

I had a double bypass operation on 1st October 2015. After more than a 3 month wait between diagnosis and the operation, rather less than professional service from my G.P. practice, and all the poor publicity in the media and from politicians regarding the N.H.S. I am sorry to say I had rather low expectations. How completely misguided I was. The staff were friendly, reassuring and totally professional. All the care I received was of the very highest standard and assiduous in attention to detail. The facilities were of the very highest standard too. I quickly made a complete recovery, which, I believe, was due in no small part to the care and friendly professionalism I received.
