"Orthodontics"

About: The Great Western Hospital

My son began his orthodontic treatment in Cornwall in 2012 and was told it would take 18 months to complete. We moved to Wiltshire in June 2013 and my son's first appointment was 4 months later in October 2013. Since then he has had 4 appointments, which only seem to be generated once I have phoned to find out whether we have been forgotten. Our last appointment was November 2014 and the next one is May 2015 - six months gap! This has so far taken 3 years and my son is now 18 and stuck with metal braces on his teeth which are practically serving no purpose other than to make effective cleaning more difficult. This service is appalling.
