(as the patient),

I would like to say thank you very best stay I have ever had in hospital.

The quality of personal care was immense and I was treated as an individual by every staff member during my stay. All of the staff made me feel at ease and helped me

I can honestly say that it was the most positive hospital experience I have ever had and would like to say thank you from the ward cleaner to the anaesthetist to the nurses.

Dear Culley Cura

Thank you for taking the time to tell us how good your experience was. It is never good to be in hospital; however it sounds like all the staff got it absolutely right on this ocassion, which is great. If you could let me know what ward you were in I would be able to share your feedback more directly with the team and with the Managers in that area. We believe it is really important to celebrate and share the things that work well and I am keen to do that with your feedback. This kind of feedback positively reinforces the good behaviours we want to exhibit at all times.

Hello,

The ward I was in was ward 10 and I would like you to also thank them them also on my behalf.

I feel that the while staff team should be rewarded for their consistency of care and their personal approach to their job.
