(as a parent/guardian),

I will like to express my sincere praise to Staff nurse Dan and Mr Koa's registrar following the outstanding care provided to my son.

Dan your caring and empathetic approach made it easier to wait our turn. You gave us clear support and after care support and the information that was clarified made it easier for us to care for our son after the procedure.

I wish I knew how to nominate you for nurse of the year because your caring nature is highly appreciated by both children and parents. Thank you once more.
