"Two nights spent in A&E, CDU and Cambridge J"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I was very impressed by the speed with which I was seen, the thorough tests and investigations carried out and the number of treatments I was given. I was particularly impressed by the staff who were cheerful, friendly and efficient. They made me feel safe and that my recovery was very important to them. I particularly want to mention the Triage nurse whom I met first. They made me feel reassured that I was in the right place and was going to feel better soon. They were so lively and passionate about their work.
