What I liked

I was extremely impressed and grateful for the professional and friendly service all of the staff at the hospital, especially the nursing team who work so hard under pressure. We hear far too much negative press all the time, but without the excellence of the NHS medical team

What could be improved

Nurses need to have breaks, under staffed wards cause stress to staff and that's when mistakes can be made. I spoke to one nurse who had been on duty 24 hours without one break, this is disgraceful, the management should be ashamed. This person was too tired to drive herself home even!

Anything else?

I believe that the co-ordination between hospitals is first class and the ambulance staff were excellent, reasuring and caring.
