I had a small operation at the end of March, preparation to the operation and operation itself went really smoothly, I had all the information and I support I needed and everything was provided in a professional and sensitive way. The discharge was more cumbersome, I waited 2 hours to be discharged, I hade to look for the nurse twice to see what was going on and I felt I was left to myself. The hospital has fantistic professionals who are clearly dedicated and have patients' wellbeing at heart, however some processes are clearly unnecesserely complicated and need to be set right.
"Excellent for the operation, less so for..."
