you have to arrive at least an hour to get a parking place if lucky using Skype for routine appointments would make better use of specialists time . apre filled in questionnaire would allow specialist as to what questions to ask patient if not answered by q/air because done on computer spec- should be able to comment and put direct into patients notes =no nurse re quirements less bugs brought into hospital less parking problems more nurses to concentrate on hospital needs. less chaos.
