"Discharged with a canula in !"

It's a cattle market I had a gastro procedure plus colonoscopy staff don't check you can eat n drink or even that you have your canula taken out before going home never asked if I felt well enough to go home .. Nhs is on its knees clearly ! Went home with canula in arm having been sedated didn't realise went to gp nurse to take out
