"post operation blood infection"

I've got post operation blood infection. When I called to Holly House and said about that,they just ignored that is emergency and offered follow up appointment in one month! When I called to Holly House again and started complain, my call was just dropped. Nobody care about that ,so I went to A&E at Whips Cross and as emergency they put me in a ward. I stayed there for 3 days and my blood infection was treated as must be - Big Thank you Whips Cross! When I called to Holly House again and started complain, my call was just dropped. By the way in my cubicle was 4 out of 6 patients who came to Whips Cross after Holly House "treatments" with much bigger problems. Honestly - Avoid Holly House !
