I booked appointment through NHS 111 and first time visited the King George urgent care as my 1 year old daughter needed wasn't feeling well. I was give appointment for 11.50am but when went there was told to wait for 6 hours. The staff so so unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. I left without. Pathetic experience. Hope never evet have visit again.

I’m very sorry to hear this was the case when you brought your daughter to our Urgent Care Centre. There is never any reason for our staff to be rude or unhelpful.
