"ENT Out patients"

I have been attending ENT outpatients twice a year and have always received excellent treatment both clinically and personally. The only exception would be one nurse who, when clinic was running late, verbally made me feel like I was personally keeping them from their lunch. Very rude. With that exception, every one from appointments, to Consultants has been efficient, professional and friendly.
