"Perfect hospital except for the parking"

About: Royal Free Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

My partner was in final stages of labour and I rushed her into hospital instead of calling an ambulance and obviously didn't have time to pay for parking by phone because the machine was not accepting coins, so to my disgust I received a penalty charge of £100.

How can hospitals allow parking management so they can prey on the old, sick and vulnerable?

Parking management should be banned for hospitals! These are places of refuge where people are cared for during their worst times in life, not for people demanding money after heart threatening surgery.
