"Good system"

About: South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance Wycombe Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Had chest pains phoned 999 and kept talking. Paramedic arrived took blood pressure and did ECG procedure Two ambulance personnel arrived. Paramedic phoned High Wycombe Cardiac unit advised to admit me. Ambulance took me to High Wycombe given blood tests x-ray and further ECG Admitted to ward 2a at approx 1. 30 am Kept overnight had blood pressure taken MRSA checks further Blood tests and finally treadmill test

Eventually at approx 4pm discharged after ECG and given medication and letter for myself and GP.

It was a good system. I think the discharge process could be improved
