What I liked

Although a trip to the GU department is never nice, I had to visit 4 times over 6 weeks and every time I went, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Getting an appointment was easy every time, waiting times were minimal and everything went smoothly.

What could be improved

Nothing really.

Anything else?

It is very rare to see professionalism and courtesy like this in any industry, let alone a service that is completely free. I can't praise RBCH enough, particularly the GU department.
