"Physio at Newport Cottage Hospital"

It took just 9 days from seeing the doctor to seeing the physio, I was able to go to Newport Cottage hospital which meant it was so convenient and there was no transport costs involved. I was in a lot of pain from my back. The Dr had given me a strong pain killer but I was reluctant to take the medication early, and not wait until the pain was really bad – and gave me exercises to do several times a day. She also told me about other things, e. g. K-tape, that might help. She explained what was causing the pain. I have another appointment next week.
