I visited The A & E department at East Surrey Hospital with a very painful neck, arriving at 5. 00am on a Saturday. I only waited ten minutes. The receptionist, various nurses and the x-ray department were all very nice and treated me very well. One of the doctors spent a considerable amount of time with me and took various blood tests and arranged an x-ray. I was in a lot of pain and she could not do enough for me. My whole treatment was excellent.
