"I cannot find words to express the quality of care"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Having got to the age of 71 and received no major surgery till now. I cannot find words to express the quality of care and respect given to me at the PRH from the moment entering the PRH all the way through to the procedure of my referral. But top of the list has got to concern the per-operative assessments unit, what a great team who put me at ease straight away.
