"All contact with the staff was pleasant"

About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary

(as the patient),

Appointment with the hospital arranged reasonably quickly for an eye threatening condition. Directions to hospital, department and car parking were excellent. Virtually no waiting time to be seen. All contact with the staff was pleasant, informative whether it was a mundane enquiry about how to pay for car park or the procedure undertaken.
