What I liked

I have had to visit the Plymouth Eye Infirmary 3 times from Jan to Apr. I wasn't sure of the problem with my eye (still under observation and waiting test results) but have found ALL staff helpful, extremely efficient and appointments are made without any delay. On arriving for appointments I have only had to wait a few minutes before being seen. After the first visit thought I was just lucky, but after 3 visits realise that they provide an excellent all round service. If you are unfortunate enough to have to visit please do not worry at all, I can assure you they are all very professional and caring people.

What could be improved
