About: Hillingdon Hospital

I am very satisfied of my appointment with the specialist in Rheumatology clinic of Hillingdon hospital. They were very professional, competent and careful, and answered all my questions and gave me useful advice. But that was on 02.02.2015 and I am still waiting for a letter confirming my next regular visit in the clinic. It should be in the beginning of this summer, but I would like to know when exactly, so I will be free to plan my holiday time.

Thank you for your comments. I was pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the service provided by our Rheumatology service and that you felt you were given the time to ask questions. The systems that are in place for follow ups should generate an automatic letter to patients approximately 6 weeks before they are due to attend inviting them to telephone and arrange a date. I was sorry to hear that you hadn’t yet heard about your next appointment and now invite you to contact the Outpatient booking centre who will be able to arrange this for you.
