On my arrival to ward 16 was met by two receptionists who were both really lovely. I was really nervous and quiet scared not knowing what sort of test I was going to have, also I was on my own and that made me worse. After being called in to see the doctor I was informed that I had to have a biopsy. The doctor and two nurses that performed this were first class. I was a nervous wreck, but they were so patient with so reassuring, and made me feel like I was surrounded by family. The care and commitment they take are second to none. Thank you ward 16
