My son has autism and broke his arm at school. We were directed upon arrival at the hospital to the children's A&E department. The waiting area for children is excellent with plenty of toys/books and a dvd playing on the television. We were seen within about 10-15 minutes followed by a visit to the x-ray department. There were no queues and afterwards straight back to A&E for plastering. All the staff were very friendly, polite and informative and couldn't fault anything really. It all took about an hour and a half and the care he received greatly reduced our stress levels. Thank you to all the staff involved.
"Excellent care in A&E"
