"My experience as an outpatient and a day patient"

About: Airedale General Hospital

Over the last year I have had many many dealings with Airedale. An Endoscopy, Colonoscopy treatment for a Helicobactor bug and an attack of Bells Palsy and this last week have had an operation on my Shoulder in the day unit. I have been treated with respect and dignity at all times. All staff I have had dealings with have been extremely helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for them. The hospital has always been clean whenever I have been there. My one issue was with the Nurerology Dept Locum Doctor. Felt I was not listened to. Ignored questions I asked and when they did answer I could not understand what they said. Have requested not to see this Doctor again
