Dear Yvonne, I am so glad that the warmth and kindness of our staff was that essential ingredient of care that enabled you to relax and receive the treatment that you needed. We know hospitals can be frightening and unfamiliar places especially when you are also naturally worried about your health. Essential then to be able to have a friendly person to reach out to, a hand to hold and someone who is wiling to listen to those fears. It's lovely to know that you found all of these things in the team that were caring for you. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to thank them. It matters.
