"urgent care"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I had to go urgent care twice, First visit Tuesday 10/3/15 about 07.30 am receptionist was ok nurse was friendly and good. Doctor could had be better, they said i got infection in my leg(which was only part right) and give me some antibiotics. I ask them if i should carry on working, the doctor said i could but they didn,t ask what my job was. They got that wrong as i am still on the sick. They doctor did say if no better in few days, go back to my g.p.Which was my mistake as i did leave it longer but it got worst on Saturday,so g.p surgery closed so came back to urgent care Second visit Saturday 14/3/15 about 15.45 receptionist was better than the first time nurse was good Doctor was a lot better than the first one.As they look at my leg in more detail. The doctor change my antibiotic and told me to go to my g.p on the Monday.Which i did,i have got Phlebitis in the leg and i been on sick since 10/03/15. I am writing this review to tell you that you got good staff but unfortunately the recptionist and the doctor on my first visit could have been better
