All looks great, but the waiting times are appalling. Waited 2 hours and have only been seen by triage nurse, who did little more than the receptionist. Still waiting, despite being told "there are loads of nurse practitioners on so you won't be long". The old minor injuries unit was much better. BRI/Children's hospital next time.
