This is just the start, I have many questions that need answering. I do not believe your care is acceptable. It appears you are just a glorified nursing home. I believe you are complacent with your patients and accept the inevitable. and theres lots more. It would be good if some one from Coupland respondend to my complaints face to face rather than hide behind a beauracratic mountain to protect their position. Do not reply with one of your preformatted answers. I will be contacting Lincolnshire United Hospitals and the NHS Trust.
