About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Cardiac Surgery

(as the patient),

I had open heart surgery and two new heart valves inserted. I really cannot thank everyone enough for the care and attention I received.

In particular I want to thank Mr. Pathi, my surgeon, who, in my opinion saved my life.

I would really like to nominate him for an award, to thank him so much for his good work and also for being such a kind individual.

I will never forget him.
