"Broken Arm"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

I recently broke my arm where the ulna meets the wrist bones, I went to A and E and was sen quickly and given quick effective pain relief. The staff were very nice and I was told I would have to stay overnight in the orthopaedic short stay ward and have an operation in the morning. The staff on the ward were very welcoming and reassured me. I am very happy with the orthopaedic team at King's College Hospital, the staff of A and E and happy with the members of the short stay orthopaedic ward. Thank You!

Thank you for positive comments about your recent emergency surgery and overnight stay. Glad to hear that your pain was managed effectively and staff supported you so well in the differing areas of the hospital that you passed through. I hope that you are now recovering well.
