"lovely staff attentive and caring"

I have had 3 late miscarriages and 2 of them were at the PRUH. The care I received was amazing. The staff were very attentive and considerate. They were very much on guard every time I asked for assistance they made sure my labour was as comfortable as possible. They showed lots of reassurance after losing my baby and the midwives helped me to get through heart ache by their support to me and my partner. I really felt at home and I felt like I was being looked after by family as the midwives and doctors built a really good relationship with me and we're aware of my background history very well. Some midwives would even come into the room just to sit and talk to me so I am not alone. I was put in a separate room which was so beautiful I did not want to leave. They made sure I would not have to face new mothers with their new born n's at an early stage. They communicated with me every step of the way even though half of the time I was out of it because if the labour pain they were very patient with me. They made me feel safe and secure in their care which helped me deal with the grief of losing my babies.
