"Father care and treatment at a low standard"

My father was admitted to hospital with severe abdominal pains, he had a history of heart failure. I witnessed extremely low standards of care on the ward, understaffed, lack of experienced staff, no compassion. My father was not given a chance to live, instead Doctor signed a DNR without my father or family consent. I personally wouldnt recommend this hospital, they are understaffed and lack experience.
