meet and greet welcome was particularly friendly & instructions throughout given clearly and repeated when requested. just one minor suggestion if it is possible -as I take warfarin could the instructions given iro restarting this essential tablets be already printed on a card etc to issue? i was concerned that I would not remember what was said even though it was repeated and had to scribble them down on my pharmacy bag.
