About: Royal Derby Hospital

Stayed on ward 207 as a day case. I am a nervous patient to say the least. All the staff were friendly, helpful and caring on ward 207. The arrange for a HSO to come and talk to me about my procedure and on doing so my planned treatment was changed very much to my approval. All the theatre staff were wonderful and recognised my anxiety and went out of their way to reassure me and finally mustn't forget the cheerful porters. Thank you so much.
