"Lack of staff members"

About: Homerton University Hospital

Hi, we visited OAU department on 19/03/15 as my wife was feeling terribly bad about her health. We were there at 2:20pm. We were told that it will be a little longer wait than usual. But it took 5 hours to be seen. We were told that there were not enough staff members/ midwifes. Regards
