First contact with my Consultant was on January 9th and my knee replacement operation on Murphy Ward was on March 20th.. Throughout I received a totally '5 star'' treatment from all the ward staff - doctors, nurses, caterers, cleaners and physios. At all times I was treated with kindness, efficiency, courtesy, respect and good humour.. Amazing. The 'enhanced recovery programme' which CNDRH now operates is the envy of friends who have not had such a good experience at other hospitals. Thank you to everyone.
