"I would never willingly walk through their doors again"

Had Gall bladder out after being referred there after my consultant retired, had operation ( did not take note of my previous consultants notes) was left on a trolley for nearly 8 hours. This was supposed to be day surgery! and not given pain relief until the following day, after visiting my gp I should have been given sufficient dressings ( given enough for two days! ) full infection after being discharged from out patients thank God for my Gp this hospital ( not the nurses ) was shocking I would never willingly walk through their doors again!
