Fell down escalator at London Bridge on Tuesday, treated at St Thomas's, then yesterday seen at Northwick Park as my thumb was very painful. Confirmed fractured. Referred to St Helier for appointment with Fracture Clinic, through A & E.. Nurse Practitioner and Student Radiographer were very professional and caring. Splint fitted and appointment with Fracture Clinic booked..Wholly positive experience.. Waiting times were minimal, all the Dept are to be complimented, including the efficiency of Reception. CEO please note.
